Tasty Wok@Vinition by Upper Palace Dining Group welcomed an esteemed panel of culinary personalities for the 3rd Signature Menu Judging session, unfolding into an afternoon of elevated flavours, refined hospitality, and distinguished gastronomic appreciation. 

Hosted graciously by General Manager Mr. Andy Yip, the remarkable luncheon experience reflected the establishment’s dedication to contemporary Asian gastronomy infused with timeless Cantonese heritage. Every course arrived with precision and artistry, transforming the luncheon into a refined culinary showcase worthy of premium distinction.





Leading the judging session was Head Judge Datuk Gordon Leong, accompanied by invited guest judge Dr. Anna Wong and permanent judge Rory Richardson. Joining the distinguished panel were TSFF SME Advisor and judge Adjunct Prof. Jessing Jong (A.S.D.K), alongside respected media and lifestyle personalities including Ms. Elwa Gloria of Hello Sabah representing Ms. Cassie, Ms. Ain from Borneonews.net, Ms. Lorena Binisol of Writer On-The-Go, Omar Willie of MY KKCity, Belinda Faith of Sabah KOL Media Alliance, and Ben Liew of Delicious Borneo.










The judges were also given the opportunity to experience handcrafted Lihing by Lorena Binisol, thoughtfully made with heritage, passion, and authentic local character.


The afternoon unfolded as more than a food judging affair. It became a celebration of refined flavours, premium hospitality, and culinary storytelling where heritage classics met contemporary sophistication.
