For The Signature Food Fest 5th Edition, Chef Kelvin presents the restaurant's featured creation, the Duo of Beef Brisket (RM138). This thoughtfully crafted dish showcases slow-braised beef brisket paired with smoked bell pepper, sautéed greens, and fragrant garlic risotto, finished with ginger soy jus and a touch of aged balsamic. The result is a rich and sophisticated interpretation that elevates a humble cut into a premium culinary masterpiece.





The exclusive judging session welcomed an esteemed gathering of culinary experts, media personalities, and industry leaders for an unforgettable evening of fine dining and gastronomic discovery. Leading the judging panel was TSFF Head Judge Datuk Gordon Leong, joined by invited guest judges Mr Leo (KOL) and Dr Anna.




Also in attendance were Permanent Judge Rory Richardson, representatives from Hello Sabah, Viona & Partner, Ms Ain of Borneonews.net, Omar Willie of MY KKCity, Ms Belinda Faith representing the Sabah KOL Media Alliance, Ben Liew of Delicious Borneo, and Festival Chairman and FAVSTYLE Editor-in-Chief Mr Alfred Allen Ginsos, accompanied by FAVSTYLE content creator Mr Kevin Claine. Together, they evaluated the restaurant's culinary presentation, creativity, flavour profile, and overall dining experience as part of The Signature Food Fest 5th Edition judging journey.
