The Signature Food Fest 5th Edition continued its flavorful journey with an unforgettable food judging session at Daya Nyonya Kopitiam, featuring their signature dish, the aromatic and beautifully crafted Nasi Ulam Ayam Berempah.

The evening judging was led by Head Judge Datuk Gordon Leong alongside Permanent Judge Rory Richardson, SME Advisor & Judge Adjunct Prof. Jessie Jong Chun Jin (A.S.D.K), MY KKCity representative Omar Willie, Sabah KOL Media Alliance representative Belinda Faith, as well as Hello Sabah’s Geena and Ben Liew of Delicious Borneo.

The session was made even more meaningful with the presence of Managing Director Mr. Jason NG, whose warm hospitality and generosity allowed everyone to experience more of Daya Nyonya Kopitiam’s signature selections and best-selling specialties throughout the evening.

Surrounded by a charming Nyonya-inspired ambiance filled with culture, flavors, laughter, and heartfelt conversations, the experience truly reflected the spirit of togetherness through food. Beyond their wide range of local delights, Daya Nyonya Kopitiam also impressed the judges with their must-try beverages and desserts. Their special Teh Tarik stood out as a crowd favorite, while the comforting Bubur Cacar, freshly prepared daily, added a sweet traditional ending to a memorable evening.

Daya Nyonya Kopitiam is more than just a dining spot. It is a flavorful celebration of heritage, hospitality, and authentic local taste.
