Rosea Café at Grandis Hotels & Resorts made a remarkable return to The Signature Food Fest 5th Edition by presenting one of Malaysia's most beloved culinary treasures, the iconic Nasi Lemak Tiger Prawn.
Having previously participated in The Signature Food Fest 4th Edition in 2017, Rosea Café was remembered for its enthusiastic support and its showcase of a signature pasta creation. This year, the team made a bold and confident comeback, choosing to celebrate a true Malaysian favorite that resonates with diners from all walks of life.
The judging session was led by Permanent Judge Rory Richardson, alongside distinguished members of the judging panel including Sri Pelancongan Sabah Chief Operations Officer Fidelis Francis Andam, Senior Sales & Marketing Manager Cassie Forsythe, Omar Willie - MY KKCity, Belinda Faith-Sabah KOL Media Alliance, and Ben Liew Delicious Borneo.
Adding to the occasion, Executive Assistant Manager Evangeline Tseu joined the presentation, warmly welcoming the judges and sharing insights into the hotel's culinary offerings.
Beyond the featured Nasi Lemak Tiger Prawn, the judging panel was treated to an impressive selection of dishes prepared by Chef Rayner. Among the highlights were the Double Boiled Superior Soup, highly recommended for its rich and comforting flavours, and the indulgent Truffle Beef Burger Set, which left a lasting impression on the guests.
The experience was further elevated by the special Hotel Grandis × Uinah beverages presented by Sky Blu Bar, a creative collaboration inspired by the unique tastes and heritage of Sabah.
The afternoon concluded on a high note as judges enjoyed an exceptional brunch experience, celebrated the culinary craftsmanship on display, and gathered for a commemorative group photograph, marking another memorable chapter in The Signature Food Fest 5th Edition journey.
