Super 7 Restaurant Welcomes the Signature Food Fest 5th Journey with Exceptional Hospitality & Signature Creations

19 May 2026 marked another flavour-filled milestone as the Signature Food Fest 5th Journey arrived at Super 7 Restaurant, welcoming judges and invited guests into an evening layered with warm hospitality, elegant presentations, and comforting culinary craftsmanship 

The Signature Food Fest judges were warmly received by Super 7 Restaurant’s Head Chef Alvin alongside Person In Charge Lynnie, whose attentive hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere throughout the session. Joining the experience was Marketing Manager Ms. Telca James, adding vibrant energy to the evening’s gathering.



Among the distinguished attendees present were Mr. Omar Willie from MY KKcity, Ms. Belinda Faith representing Sabah KOL Media Alliance, Mr. Ben Liew from Delicious Borneo, and Ms. Lorena Binisol, Editor-in-Chief of Writer On-The-Go.



Chef Alvin curated and presented an impressive line-up of dishes designed to take guests on a rich gastronomic journey. The experience began with a refreshing Thai Style Jellyfish starter, followed by the comforting Double Boiled Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup. Guests were then treated to the aromatic Garlic Roasted Chicken, alongside the beautifully prepared HK Style Deep Fried Threadfin Fish.






The culinary showcase continued with the flavourful Dried Scallop Crabmeat Fried Rice and the delicate Sautéed Baby Pak Choi with Mushroom & Fish Maw. Ending the session on a sweet and comforting note was the Double Boiled Snow Jelly with White Fungus, accompanied by the restaurant’s hearty Signature Lamb Belly Pot.

Each presentation reflected precision, balance, and thoughtful preparation, leaving a strong impression on the judges. From flavour execution to plating presentation, the dining experience showcased the restaurant’s commitment to quality and consistency.
