Atukuupi Cafe Impresses TSFF 5th Edition Judges with Authentic Sabahan Flavours & Malaysian Culinary Excellence

The Signature Food Fest 5th Edition food judging journey continued on a bright Wednesday afternoon with an exciting culinary session at Atukuupi Cafe, a proudly Sabahan-owned brand and establishment located in the heart of Gaya Street

Joining the judging session were Head Judge Datuk Gordon Leong, Permanent Judge Rory Richardson, TSFF SME Advisor & Judge Adjunct Prof Jessie Jong, alongside Ms Cassie representing Hello Sabah under Sri Pelancongan Sabah Sdn Bhd.

Starting from 1PM, the judging session was warmly hosted by Ms Bonie and Ms Rebecca, founders of the Atukuupi and Ochaking brands. The team proudly presented their signature menu items, Nasi Briyani Beef Rendang and the refreshing Atuk Cham Green Tea, both receiving praise from the judges for their rich authenticity and well-balanced flavours.

Atukuupi also took this opportunity to introduce their newly launched Malaysian Cuisine Set, a complete dining experience featuring nasi briyani, curry chicken, kismis beef, three-flavour chicken, vegetables, local kuih, and a selection of jasmine tea served hot or cold. The judges were delighted by the impressive presentation and flavour harmony throughout the set.

More than simply serving local favorites, Atukuupi continues to play an important role in introducing authentic Sabahan and Malaysian cuisine to the growing number of tourists visiting the vibrant Gaya Street area.

The session concluded with a group photography session and an exclusive interview segment.
