On 12 March 2026, the team from TV Sabah paid a courtesy visit to the Sabah Tourism Board, opening the door to new collaborative opportunities in conjunction with the upcoming Kaamatan Festival 2026.

Representing TV Sabah were CEO Ms Suzanne Lujain-Bingkasan together with Mr Dennis Patrick, while the delegation from the Sabah Tourism Board was led by its CEO, Mr Julinus Jeffery Jimit. The meeting reflected a shared commitment to strengthening the cultural and tourism landscape of Sabah through strategic media collaboration.

The visit centred around discussions on Jelajah Kaamatan TV Sabah 2026, a cultural initiative designed to celebrate Sabah’s vibrant heritage while bringing communities closer to the spirit of the harvest festival. Through thoughtful dialogue and mutual aspirations, both organisations explored ways to work together in elevating Sabah’s unique cultural narrative to broader audiences.

Beyond program planning, the meeting also served as an opportunity for TV Sabah to present its growing media ecosystem. The team shared insights into its media platforms, creative productions and notable achievements, highlighting how modern broadcasting can amplify local stories, traditions and community initiatives across the state.
