𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥 𝐊𝐨𝐭𝐚 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐮 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐁𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐘𝐓 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝐈𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐢

Kota Kinabalu, Sabah – The Palace Hotel Kota Kinabalu was honoured to be part of the celebration this morning at Istana Negeri Sabah, in conjunction with the birthday celebration of Tuan Yang Terutama Sabah.

A specially crafted 15kg Orange Vanilla Cake was presented during the occasion, showcasing both artistry and heritage. The cake featured a fondant-covered design inspired by Sabah’s rich history, highlighted by a detailed 1960s vintage car replica set against the iconic Gaya Street heritage backdrop, symbolising nostalgia and cultural pride.


The commemorative cake was prepared by Pastry Chef Brayen Julius and his dedicated team. Representing The Palace Hotel Kota Kinabalu at the event were General Manager Mr Azizan Mashud, Executive Chef Adam Wee, Sales Manager Madam. Rosila Anggang, and Banquet Manager Mr Dirmal Umar, alongside their respective teams.


The Palace Hotel Kota Kinabalu extends its warmest wishes to Tun Datuk Seri Panglima (Dr.) Musa bin Haji Aman on this special occasion, wishing him continued good health, happiness, and prosperity.
This meaningful participation underscores the hotel’s ongoing commitment to celebrating local heritage and contributing to significant state occasions.
