AN ELEGANT WELCOME IN BALI
The congress opened on 31 August with a Sunset Welcome Dinner at Kupu-Kupu, Hilton Bali Resort, setting the tone for several days dedicated to craftsmanship, camaraderie and the art of sartorial excellence.
Against the tropical backdrop of Bali, participating master tailors and delegates gathered to reconnect with established colleagues while building new relationships across the regional tailoring community.
WHERE CRAFTSMANSHIP MEETS KNOWLEDGE
The second day continued with the Grand Opening Ceremony, followed by an industry seminar conducted by Reza Haraji, founder of AKEILĀ and the International School of Tailoring.

SABAH'S SARTORIAL PRESENCE
For Western Tailor Kota Kinabalu, the presence of Mr Gerain Chan at the 29th FAMT Congress represents more than participation in an industry gathering. It is an opportunity to connect Sabah's tailoring community with a wider network of master tailors and professionals across Asia.
Tailoring is ultimately an art of precision, patience and personality. Every measurement, fabric selection, cut and stitch contributes to the final expression of the wearer.
Through its participation in the 29th Congress of the Federation of Asian Master Tailors, Western Tailor continues to be part of a regional conversation that celebrates the enduring value of craftsmanship while looking towards the evolving future of sartorial culture.
From Kota Kinabalu to Bali, the language of fine tailoring continues to cross borders.
