The ceremonial session included the meeting call to order, roll call, opening ceremony, induction of new members, installation of the Board of Directors (BOD), the traditional Three Hearty Roars, and inspiring speeches delivered by the President, Guest of Honour, and Organizing Chairman, reflecting the organization's enduring commitment to leadership and community service.

As the formal proceedings concluded, the atmosphere shifted into celebration with the official opening of the Love and Light Charity Concert. The venue quickly came alive with applause and excitement as a remarkable lineup of local and regional performers took to the stage.

The audience was treated to captivating performances by Leo, Kelvin and Natalie, followed by Eunice, Qiqi, Miao and Victor. Renowned vocalist Tiffany Jolin delighted the crowd with two memorable performances, while Angela Ong, Chris, Karmen, Wesley Liew, an impressive Saxophone performance, the energetic Thailand Set, and an electrifying finale by the Khing Chaw Band kept the audience entertained throughout the evening.
