One of the evening's culinary highlights was the restaurant's Chef's Signature Espetada Mania, inspired by the traditional Portuguese style of grilling premium ingredients on hanging skewers. The Chicken Kebab (RM62) showcased succulent marinated boneless chicken paired with onions and colourful bell peppers, grilled to perfection over an open flame. Every bite delivered smoky aromas, balanced seasoning and remarkable tenderness, demonstrating the culinary team's dedication to quality and authentic flavours.

Complementing the savoury selections was a refreshing Malaysian classic presented with contemporary flair. The Cendol Collection offers guests three delightful choices: Cendol Pulut, Cendol Durian, and Cendol Avocado. Each bowl is carefully prepared with glutinous rice, sweet kidney beans, fragrant pandan extract, rich palm sugar syrup, creamy coconut milk and finished with a choice of coconut, durian or vanilla ice cream. The harmonious combination of textures and flavours provided a refreshing conclusion to an exceptional dining experience.
