I attended a thanksgiving reception and contribution presentation held in honour of Chinese community associations within the Penampang Parliamentary constituency, a gathering that carried both civic weight and cultural grace. My sincere appreciation goes to the Penampang Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCCI), under the leadership of its President, Mr Victor Kou, for graciously hosting the dinner. The evening reflected the strength of community leadership when tradition meets contemporary responsibility.
